• To provide service and support beyond where it is needed, to hold the client's hand, to go the extra mile.
• To sacrifice ourselves and our families for the causes and concerns of the airline market.
• To allow ourselves to be dominated and exploited entirely for the benefit of the market, and to enjoy it.

Due to necessary restructuring to meet the demands of the everchanging airline market, this site may be unavailable after May 2005. Alternatively, if you have time to waste, you can contact the airline industry watchdog, Offradar and be treated to an appalling display of incompetence.
